Product overview
The TPS2815 is a dual-channel, non-inverting high-speed MOSFET driver that delivers 2A source/sink current per channel with 14ns rise and 15ns fall times. It operates from a 4V to 14V supply, uses CMOS input thresholds with two-input NAND logic per channel, and has a 25ns typical propagation delay. It drives low-side MOSFETs in switching power supplies and motor controls. (Note: NRND - not recommended for new designs.)
