The TPD2E2U06 is a dual-channel unidirectional ESD protection device with only 1.5 pF typical line capacitance, suitable for USB 2.0, LVDS, Ethernet and general-purpose high-speed interfaces. It meets IEC 61000-4-2 25 kV contact discharge and IEC 61000-4-5 5.5 A (8/20 us) surge with 9.7 V clamping and 5.5 V working voltage, rated -40 C to 125 C. It protects I/O ports from ESD and transient surges.
