Product overview
The SN74LVC2G14 contains two independent Schmitt-trigger inverters with push-pull outputs, supporting a 1.65-V to 5.5-V supply and tolerant of 5.5-V inputs. Each channel sinks or sources 32 mA and features very high speed (5-10 ns propagation delay), partial-power-down (Ioff) protection and over-voltage-tolerant inputs. It is used for signal conditioning, debouncing and level shifting in logic and interface circuits.
