The SN74AVCH2T45 is a 2-bit dual-supply bus transceiver providing configurable voltage translation between 1.2 V and 3.6 V ports at up to 500 Mbps with push-pull topology. It features bus-hold, overvoltage-tolerant inputs and partial-power-down (Ioff) protection with 6.6 ns propagation delay, operating from -40 to 85 C. It is used for GPIO and I2S level shifting.
