The SN74AVC4T774 is a 4-bit dual-supply bus transceiver providing configurable voltage-level translation from 1.1 V to 3.6 V on both ports with independent direction-control inputs. It supports data rates up to 380 Mbps and features 3-state outputs, overvoltage-tolerant inputs and partial-power-down (Ioff) protection. Operating from -40 degC to 125 degC, it is used for JTAG, SPI and UART level shifting.
