Product overview
The LP5907 is a 250-mA, ultra-low-dropout linear regulator with low noise (6.5 uVrms) and 60 dB PSRR at 100 kHz, operating from a 2.2 V to 5.5 V input. It features an enable pin and output discharge, with a typical dropout of 120 mV and only 12 uA quiescent current; this fixed-output version supplies 3.2 V. Housed in a 4-pin X2SON and rated -40 degC to 125 degC, it is ideal for RF and precision analog supplies.
