Product overview
The LM3489 is a hysteretic PFET buck controller driving an external P-channel MOSFET to deliver up to 4 A from a 4.5 V to 35 V input. Its hysteretic control provides 100% maximum duty cycle, a typical quiescent current of 0.28 uA and an enable pin for on/off control. Operating from -40 degC to 125 degC, it suits automotive, industrial and general-purpose step-down supplies.
