Product overview
The LM26400Y is a dual-channel, current-mode synchronous buck regulator delivering 2 A per channel from a 3 V to 20 V input, with output adjustable down to 0.6 V. It switches at 500 kHz and offers light-load efficiency, power-good and pre-bias start-up with a typical quiescent current of 4 mA. Operating from -40 degC to 125 degC, it is used in point-of-load and distributed-power systems.
