The ISO3088 is a 5-V, half-duplex isolated RS-485/RS-422 transceiver providing basic isolation of 2.5-kVrms withstand voltage with 8 mm minimum creepage and clearance. It supports data rates up to 20 Mbps, has a common-mode transient immunity of at least 25 kV/us, and operates from -40°C to +85°C. It is used for isolated industrial fieldbus and long-distance communication.
